We have been operating in the Auckland region for 17 years and specialise in home and commercial bathroom renovations and refits, regardless of your budget requirements.

What are the other services you offer?

Do we need plans?

All projects need plans. This helps eliminate confusion for all involved in the renovation project (the clients, project manager and trades people).

Do we need permits?

For decorating, you don't need a permit as long as you're not moving or adding anything. If plumbing, electrical components and gas lines require movement then you need a permit. Please discuss your permit options with us. The contractor will take care of the permit process for you, and coordinate the inspections.

How long will it take?

Depending on the room and style of the renovation, typically 1-3 weeks as our installers have the reputation of working very efficiently.

What happens after I have accepted your quote?

After you have accepted our quote we will contact you and arrange another appointment. This second visit is to discuss fixtures, tiles etc and to answer any further questions you may have.

We also take this time to review and sign the contract and home owners warranty with you and secure a start date for your renovations. Then you can sit back and relax knowing your renovation is in excellent hands.

Do we need to sign a contract?

Yes, you should always have a written agreement between you and your contractor which outlines the scope of work, warrantees, timelines, budgets, liability etc. There needs to be a clear picture of what the contractor is providing.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a five year warranty on all workmanship and a manufacturers guarantee on all fixtures.

Can I use our current fittings and fixtures?

Yes, you can, our staff can assist you when on site to help determine what can be reused.

Can I purchase my own products and tiles?

Yes, we encourage you to do so. You know best your tastes and budget, and you may have a supplier that you have dealt with before. We can also provide you with a list of our preferred suppliers if required and we can purchase these products etc on your behalf and save your precious time for the family or friends.

I have to work and won't be home during the renovation, will this be ok?

We have an excellent reputation and we personally supervise the renovation from start to finish, which means you can have peace of mind knowing your property will be shown the respect it deserves. Our staff are required to have a background check to ensure they have no criminal convictions. This is done annually.

When is payment for services due?

A deposit of 30% of the total value of the quote or the full total of amenities (whichever is greater) shall be paid on acceptance of the quote unless agreed otherwise in writing.

The remaining balance or such other amount as we shall advise you in writing shall be paid in full no later than 7 days after the project has been completed.
